The online store is staffed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). We observe all state holidays. Orders or questions received after normal business hours will be responded to during normal office hours. Orders are shipped in a timely manner, however; items may be shipped from different departments on different days. It may take 4 to 9 days for your order to arrive (depending on location.)
